Default Mazda 6 Diesel Cambelt

Hi, just had my cambelt changed on my 2007 Mazda 6 at just under 75,000 miles. Does anyone know what make of belt was fitted originally by Mazda, i.e. would the belt be branded as Mazda. The reason I ask is I don't trust the independent garage who did the belt. They ripped me off last year by charging me for 5 litres of oil when it only takes 4 litres and not too happy about their way of working on their invoices. I am led to believe they only changed the belt at a cost of £230.00 but he did tell me he would check the idler and tensioner pulleys to make sure they are ok. He did say that the hydraulic damper/adjuster may need replacing. He said some are ok and some not. When I enquired about this last year he told me the adjuster is about £90.00 which was less than the main agent had quoted so assumed it was ok.

I had marked up some bolts on the car and they seem to have been moved although he did the whole process without removing the drive wheel as he couldn't find my locking wheel nut adapter.

My question is can the belt and adjuster be removed and replaced without moving the drive wheel. I have checked today and the car does indeed have a Contitech belt fitted which looks to be in good condition with names and barcodes in place. To the best of my knowledge this is the car's first cambelt replacement. The car was purchased from a main dealer at 4.5 years old with full Mazda service history and 42k on the clock so doubt if it would have had a belt prior to my purchase.
