The temperature of my Mazda 6 2019 121kw sky active seems quite low. It used to be between 90 and 100 Celsius but know it will not exceed 70 at the highway. Another thing I noticed is the fact that after a cold start the temp will climb to app 50 - 55 (making the cold engine indicator switch off), and after stopping at the first traffic light the temp will decrease making the indicator switch on again. I've been to my dealer twice now but they say all readings are ok. It still seems odd to me, does anybody recognize this?

I'm in the Netherlands with a current temp between 5 an 13 degrees.

 

It is pretty warm there, if your coolant temperature is running low then it sounds like the thermostat has failed.
