Default Mazda 6 03/04 2.0 diesel turbo engine change

Hi all,
I am about to embark on changeing the engine on a mazda 6 2.0ltr diesel turbo, just a few issues that i have heard about with swapping ancillaries. I have heard that the injectors are coded to the ECU and that you are unable to use differnt injectors with differnt ecus, i also heard that you have to replace the fuel rail lines if you undo them because they will leak and not seal properly when refitted. If anybody can shed some light on these issues and whether or not they are true or false would be much appreciated.

also another question, is there a technique to gettng out the passanger side driveshaft? ive got the drivers side out with little hassel but the pasanger side is being a pain to say the least, tried prizeing it out with a bar but no joy as i cant get a good fix point to prize against, also tried a long bar through the whole diff from the drivers side to hit it out but there is a beam accross in the diff preventing you from doing this.
so any help will be cool. please bare in mind this is a right hand drive car.
