My 2006 Mazda 6 immobilizer light on the dash is constantly blinking, when the car is not turned on, does anyone know anything about this?
I'm using the original key, nothing has changed...

 

umm... did you just recently notice the light or has it always been blinking since you purchased the car. i believe, if anyone cares to correct me if im wrong, but it should always be blinking, at least mine does anyway. its just the theft deterant system letting you (and others) know its on. so if anyone tries to jack you, they cant start the car w/out the key (our key has a special chip).
