Default Ignition coils gone bad on Mazda6

My car has been hestitating and getting worse. I took it to Autozone and they said coils 3 and 5 are misfiring. I took it to a mechanic shop and had them take a closer look and they recommend replacing all the coils because as soon as a couple go out then the others follow shortly. They also said the cam sensor needs to be replaced as well. The quote for all this plus replacing the 6 spark plugs is $950. I went to autozone to get the parts and they told me that it is unusual to replace all 6 coils at the same time and that the spark plugs or the sensor can cause the coils to misfire. Now I'm not sure if I should just stick with replacing just the 2 or do them all at once to prevent having to do them in the future. Also, anyone recommend any online stores for the coils? I found some cheap online but not sure who to trust.

Since the intake manifold has to be removed to replace the coils, I say replace all 6 at the same time & be done with it. What is the mileage on your car?
