Default I hear gas in the tank swirling.

My car is a Mazda6, 2008, got it in July, but the manufactory date it's April I guess.
Well, I saw here a topic that "says" it's normal on Mazda6, and some other cars to hear the gas swirling and swashing.

https://www.mazdaforum.com/m_48843/tm.htm

since the topic is from 2007, I decided to ask again, is there anybody else hearing that sound on a new car or I am the only crazy guy warrying about it?!
The guys from Mazda service said it's OK, they also have it on CX7, but they weren't quite sure about Mazda6, though.

thanks.

mine does as well....guess I can checke that off the list of issues at the dealer if they say it's "normal". Fusions don't have that prob.....

This is normal for whatever reason. Just chalk it up to one of the personality quirks of the 6. If it bothers you, turn on the radio, shouldn't be hard to drown it out XD.

Add me to the list. My '04 wagon does this too.
