Default HELP!!! New CAI and sumthings not right!

Long story short.. I took my 6 to get my NIB Ingen MR2 Technology CAI installed at a shop. Well Its been almost a month and the check engine light is still on..Also it whistles when i sit at red lights or going thru parking lots.. It sounds annoying and i dont know whats up. My dad thinks it might be a vacumme hose loose maybe. Im goin to try and make a video and hopfully yall can hear it. il post it as soon as i get it on youtube.

Ok, first off, with the Injen CAI throwing a CEL is par for the course unfortunately. CPE makes a "black box" that fixes this problem though. As for the whistling noise, not sure what it is as the speakers connected to my laptop aren't great, but it could be a vacum hose...maybe *shrugs*
