With my mazda 6 2007, low profile 18 inch tires, I flew over one of these speed bump / "crossing risings" little faster than I should have..

May have been 25 mph/ 35 km.

The one I hit seem to had a steeper edge than the one in the image below... so the car jumped a bit as I was speeding over it .... but somehow, it seems that the car body was not damaged, i.e only the tires impacted the rising.

I am just little worried what that may have done to the front suspension (as in germany I will be driving 180 kmh) , there are no new noises or visible damage, but I wonder what should I ask the mechanic to check ?

 

hopefully your suspension just hit the bump stops.

 

Make sure the rim isn't buckled. Get a wheel alignment too.
