Default heater fan does not work

Any ideas my heater fan does not work. We have changed the heater control module and still nothing. Last summer my ac was not putting out very cold air so we charged the ac. After that we started having problems with the heater fan not working. This is a mazda 6 , v6, 2005

Default sounds like a relay

i think the HIGH setting runs off a relay, close to your other relays (fuel, horn, fans)

Default blower motor relay

On my 2005 mazda 6i the blower relay is in a fuse panel by my left foot and its a 1 inch by 1 inch part ,it pulls out.if thats what you checked it must be somethin else.im not sure what the resistor you speak of is.some of the relays can be pricey. 30 + so its nice to have them tested.does the dash get hot and just no air blowing?
