No, you’re mistaken. You’ve linked to a schedule that only lists km, not miles. The service schedules for the U.S.A., Canada, and Puerto Rico markets _all_ list miles as well as km. You’re looking at the wrong chart or the wrong book entirely.

I'm not sure what a Fuel induction service is, however, you fuel system, & induction system shouldn't require any servicing at such a low mileage or age.
Brake fluid flush is ok , fuel induction not needed at 24k miles. In older carburetor engines and tbi units fuel flow was not thoroughly regulated. The newer fuel injected engines do a better job. This is my personal experience.
