No, you’re mistaken. You’ve linked to a schedule that only lists km, not miles. The service schedules for the U.S.A., Canada, and Puerto Rico markets _all_ list miles as well as km. You’re looking at the wrong chart or the wrong book entirely.

Fuel induction service not needed at 24k
Brake fluid is hygroscopic, which means it absorbs moisture over time. This is why Mazda ( & most other manufactures ) recommend replacing brake fluid ever 2 yrs / 24 months.
I'm not sure what a Fuel induction service is, however, you fuel system, & induction system shouldn't require any servicing at such a low mileage or age.
