Default Fog Lights Not Working

2005 Mazda 6S Touring with Fog lights in bumper, lower left & right. No longer working and have checked what fuse & relay I see could affect turn on. With Low beams on and the fog light switch (integrated with turn signal lever), is put to 'On', the High Beam indicator lights up.
Any ideas/suggestions to debug would be appreciated. Bulbs verified good also.

Sounds to me like the combination switch is bad. Typically this type of part is not returnable if it turns out not to be the problem. One of the advantages to having a dealer do this type of repair is they can pull one off the shelf, and just put it back if it wasn't needed.
