Default EGR valve

Hi guys, from the title you can see that I have problem with the EGR valve.
I have a mazda 6 from 2004, diesel, with 2000cc engine.
I took my car to the service twice already to clean the valve, but after 2-3 days from cleaning, the errror code reappeares with the check engine light.

Do you have any of you ideas what to do? Or in the worst case i have to replace it with new one? Or there is something much worse in the background?

Thanks forward for your answers!

MAZDA is the best

Hi I finally bought ELM 372 diagnose tool.
With it i could read the error codes and that is P0401 and P0402.
Insufficient flow if iam correct.

Any suggestions what could be the cause?
I already cleaned the EGR valve.

P0401 : EGR flow insufficient detected

Possible causes,
• EGR valve malfunction
• Intake shutter valve malfunction
• Boost sensor malfunction
• EGR gasket malfunction
• PCM malfunction

P0402 : EGR flow excessive detected

Possible causes,
• Intake shutter valve malfunction
• EGR valve malfunction
• PCM malfunction

When we use the IDS/MMDS ( Mazda's diagnostic software ) at work we can monitor multiple PIDS ( Parameter Information Display ??? )
We can switch the EGR valve on & off, or the Intake shutter valve on & off electronically & monitor multiple sensor outputs. This helps pinpoint problems without swapping out parts.
