Default during cold weather

I have noticed that when it is cold out my parking brake tends to freeze. I learned that the hardway when I started driving and when I laid off the gas my car slowed down real fast, so I pulled my E-brake and it went up with no effort thats how I figured it. Also when its cold my right front blinker doesnt work and I allready replaced the bulb and the socket and it didnt fix it. After a few minutes it starts to work again, then the traction control light stays on for a while after I start the car. None of these problems are a big deal really I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

its usually about -10 degree C here in burlington (so, like, i dunno, 30F??)
and i find that my clutch gets stiff for the first few kilometers (which is really annoying cuz it doesnt spring back quickly)
and the odd time when i come out to my car, the inside of the windsheild will be somehwhat frozen.
i drive my 3, btw.
oh, and i havent had any problem with my e-brake at all

I have had my traction control light stay on but I usually just keep hitting the button till it goes off... As far as slowing down once you lay off gas, that happens to me but usually only when my wheel wells are excessively built up with snow.

My traction light stays on for about a min. some time but then goes off. No problem with my ebrake, just a jerky tranny in cold weather.
