Cylinder misfire

Default Cylinder misfire
04 Mazda 6 with 3.0 litre engine. Misfire at one cylinder. Replaced coil and plug. Still getting misfire.

Misfire on Number 1 cylinder?

Move the coil to cylinder #2, move the spark plug to cylinder #3 & see if the misfire moves cylinders. If it doesn't swap fuel injectors.
