changing plugs on a 3.0 ???

changing plugs on a 3.0 ???
i gotta change plugs on the mazda 3.0 v6 tomorrow. any tips, pointers, suggestions. looks like i have to take off the air intake to get to the back 3 plugs. do the coils pull right up off the plugs?

No one has done this or knows how...?
I attempted this myself, but found there was a solid metal pipe connecting the upper air intake to somewhere lower on the engine. I gave up at this point because I didn't see an effective way to disconnect it without risk of breaking or bending it.
