How do you change the factory red lights on the radio and controls and also the mph and rpm thing. Is it possible. I want to change them to blue!
Thanks in advance!!!!!

i'm not 100% on this, but i'm part of another forum..and i think one guy there started the very long and enduring process. so i believe it is possible, but it will take A LOT of work and A LOT of time. my guess would be to tear the dash apart and switch out all the red bulbs with blue ones. good luck if u decide to do it!

All I can say is that it will took you several time to deal with these if you are newbie with electronics. You might just screw up the entire stereo. You should take the color picking since the selection of your stereo. Anyways goodluck!

Yes it can be done. It's just a matter of taking out the old bulbs and soldering in the new ones. I've talked to someone who did this on another forum and they said the results are nice but the time it takes to do such a modification is very tedious and prolonging. He did the dashboard lights though. If you are trying to do the radio, I'm not sure what can be done about that. Never heard of anyone doing that.

ive replaced the stereo leds as well as the entire guage cluster with blue leds. if youre good at soldering, follow directions well, and are organized with good common sense, the process is not that difficult. total time for removal of interior components, removal of red leds, replacement of blue leds, and reassemblance of the interior components was about four to six hours.
