Ach3r0n: hmmm, somebody gave me this website, http://www.japanparts.com/ and do you happen to know anything about it? because they have body kits and this and that for the new 6. Although it's all in Japan, but I think they ship to the US too.

Anyway to make my black six look like this?

i really like the rims on this and the car as a whole, just looks very subtle and nice.

BUT!!

i'd really like to make my car look somewhat like this, but with the black rims in the above picture:

THANKS GUYS! PLEASE HELP and tell me what I can/can't, should/shouldn't do.

If I can't make it look all cool, is there any way I can make my car SOUND good? and go faster!

The kits for the JDM 6 (Atenza) will not work on the USDM models unlike the older models.

you're right triple g. I didn't look at the description close enough. no you can't get those springs for your car, they're for the V6, like triple g said. looks like mostly wheels are available so far

Eibach makes 2 kits, 1 for the i and 1 for the s. Part # 5550.140 fits the i. It will drop the car about 1.3" putting it about 3.8". I had considered it but I just imagine a lot of bottoming out if you drive in the city a lot like I do.

Honestly, that's not a huge drop. You'll more than likely be just fine due to the fact that when you lower the car you increase the spring rate meaning there will be less movement in the suspension.

For the kits:+1 to Sheldons post, those are all for the JDM 6/Attenza and will not fit on the USDM model.

awww really?

so i guess the only thing I can do now is wait for the body kits and such to come out in the US?

what are the things that I can do right now though?
Rims?

I didn't want to get a wing for my car cuz the trunk already curves up a little. But I don't know, what do you guys think?

You can lower it w/ the Eibach kit, part # 5550.140 You can try to find someone legitimate who carries the elusive VIS Racing body kit and see if it looks decent and is made decent as well - assuming it even really fits the US model as they claim. The resllers have been able to provide pics and VIS fails to resond to emails at all.

The OEM wing looks pretty good. I would have done it a little differently if I was Mazda (like the JDM one) but it is what it is.

Rims are a must if you can afford some nice ones. They are on my wish list also, though I am considering waiting and upsizing to 18" tires/wheels as it isn't so easy to find nice rims in 17". They exist but there are much fewer choices.

Ach3ron

thanks for the info!
but didn't they say the Eibach kit wasn't for my car? and I read on the website that it was only for V6...

I have a iTouring, that's not a v6.

can I still use it?
