bad sound when accelerate

bad sound when accelerate
HI.
I got a Mazda 6 -03, 1.8L with manual transmission. have 19500km on it. Yesterday I changed the motor-oil and filter. I refuel with 0,5Liter to much oil, but I just leaved it. After driving couple miles I hear a constant "weeeeee" sound when accelerate in fifth gear. the sound stops when rolling in gear and in neutral. To day I can slightly hear the sound in 4.gear too.
The sound appears only when the gearbox are charged.
What can possible be wrong?
