Default Bad BCM?

Hi, I'm thinking I might have a bad BCM but would like some other input. I have a 2008 mazda 6I touring, 4 door sedan. This morning when I went to work I noticed my blinkers were blinking faster than normal, then when I got out and tried to lock the door with the key fob, it wouldn't work, then I tried to lock the doors with the key, still wouldn't work, then I tried hitting the master switch on the drivers door and nothing. I checked the fuses and they were good. So I disconnected the battery and reset the computer, that got some of the system working again. Now I can lock the doors with the master switch on the drivers door, and lock them with the key fob, but the alarm still won't arm. And the key fob won't unlock any of the passenger doors. Lots of clicking everytime I lock or unlock the doors, blinkers are still blinking fast. Any input would be appreciated.
