I need to figure out what the rattling is in my dash. It is coming from above the glove box and over to the left. Right by that compartment above the lcd display. It annoys the f*^% out of me. If anyone knows what it is or has had the same problem let me know. Thanks

 

I bought my Mazda 6 last weekend, and yesterday I started to get a rattle in the dash area. I've narrowed it down to just exactly where you're talking about. I have to go back to the dealer next weekend to get my permanent tags and I'm going to bring it up then. It's driving me crazy as well.

This is my first time to this forum, and glancing it over it seems there have been a number of topics on this mysterious rattle in the dash area.

 

Yeah i know. i think it may be some cables or something, but someone has to know what it is.
