Took my 2014 Mazda6 into the dealer because I thought I had a wheel bearing making noise. They diagnosed it as transmission bearing noise and say only remedy is a $5,000 transmission replacement. I called Mazda and they said because I’m the second owner and the car has 70K miles there is nothing they can do. I found a reputable shop that quoted me $2,000 with 3yr/36K mi warranty.
