Does anyone that owns a 2006 mazda manual have problems when they are shifting thru the gears?...

When I shift it is very inconsistent in regards to smoothness. Most of the time it is loud when i shift. Like a "klunk" sound. Makes some sound that it is embarassing to drive my friends cuz it is a $30, 000 CAN and ppl can hear me shift!

Also, does anyone notice that their sideview mirrors vibrate when the music is turned up to a certain level with some bass?...I don't even listen to my music loud!!!..around 11 lvl!!

I do not experience anything like that in my M6s, shifting is as smooth as it can be with a manual tranny and nothing vibrates at all, maybe bad assembly at the factory, have a dealer fix it if you can and its still on warranty.

 

thre is a TSB for shift shock...mention that to the dealer..
