Angry 2006 with a 2004 engine

I have a 2006 that had a bad engine(2.3) so I replaced it with a 2004 engine......after the replacement I noticed small differences. I read where the cam needs switched and crankshaft pulley does too. well I went to switch the pulley but the cogs off of the 2006 engine is bigger round and wont match up on the 2004 engine. I need help
ive already switched the wiring over with the single coil packs.

You need to use the wiring loom & ignition system off your old engine.
