Yes, I was refering to the 6spd tranny in the 05+ 6cyls. I'll admit to knowing damn near nothing about the ones in the 6i or 3's. As for the heat issue a tranny cooler fixes that issue.

not enough to the point where it helps, the internals are still pretty weak and cant handle much more over stock
