Hi,

My 2003 Mazda 6i (53000 miles) had a crack PCV hose. After I replaced the hose and cleaned the intake manifold and EGR valve with carburetor cleaner also the MAP sensor, the car has a strange problem. At cold engine start and around after 1 minute, P2004 trigger (Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Stuck Open Bank 1) but the car start, idle and running fine as normal. After park aside right away and reset the computer and continue to drive, the car acts normal and nothing happens, no fault code triggers. When the car park for hours and engine cold, starts and happens again. I tried to replace the MAP sensor but still the same.

Could someone point me out where is the suspect?
