Default 09 Advance Keyless Inop

My 1 week old Mazda6 w/ advanced keyless is dead and it's Sat nite (Mazda customer support works Mon - Fri). Get red lite only on Start push button and red key not detected warning in isnt. panel is on. Emergency key does nothing as well. Can't even power up accessories.

Any ideas. I know I can have it towed to the dealer on Monday, but would like to get it going before if possible. I have two remotes and both have same result.

Disregard this post after Monday May 4th

Update: To the dealer on the back of a truck. Two days they were still dumbfounded at what's going on. Mazda sent in an engineer and they ended up pulling the computer out and manually resetting the whole thing. They got it working, but want to keep it another day or so to see if they can figure out what caused the failure. They've supplied me with a 09 Mazda C-7 Grand Touring as a loaner which is really a neat car. Only negative is my wife is getting to really like the C-7. Not a good way to start the second week of a new Mazda6 ownership.

Got the 6 back this PM and it's working as advertized. Mazda still has the case under study and may issue a TSB. Suspect is (only speculation) they installed the Homelink mirror at the dealer and there may need to be a bit of a change in the install instructions.

As much fun as the loaner C-7 was, the 6 is a much more refined ride and handling is my note driving home afterward. I did like the nav system though.
