Look in your ownwer's manual, mine isn't handy.
Synthetic would be best like Redline.
According to Redline, your vehicle requires: Red Line Synthetic Oil - Gear Oil for Manual Transmissions - D4 ATF
as per search: Red Line Synthetic Oil

You should only use genuine Mazda "M-V" ATF.
