Default Upgrading the suspension?

My '14 has hit 127k miles and is starting to show it, I've been contemplating trading her in but find I really enjoy the drive every time I get in. It doesn't help that this has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever dealt with, knock on wood. But at this point I've had to do the oil every 10k, the brakes at 100k and the the front wheel bearings at 120k so nothing major.
With the mileage I have I'm thinking it would be a good time to catch up on some of the slightly less basic maintenance and get it back to top form if not better but information of upgrades seems to be scant.
I seem to have read somewhere that the sways for a mazdaspeed3 were an improvement and elsewhere that by 2014 the 5 was already coming with the same size as the mazdaspeed. Any idea which is true? Sways seem plentiful on ebay so doing a new rear sway wouldn't be too difficult to acquire.
What would be the best shock to go with for the front and rear? Besides the bushings, anything else I should replace while I'm under there?

Things planned for this spring into summer would be
all new suspension
fuel filter
replace radiator fluid and thermostat
bleed the brakes
change the transmission fluid
new engine mounts
new drive belt
maybe have the AC tuned up, its never been touched
New carpet throughout, the old one has seen too many motion sickness incidents and mushed in goldfish crackers.
Spend a day compounding the finish and giving it a good waxing.

Most of this is just basic maintenance that probably should have been done a little sooner but I'll finally get around to so this car can keep going another 100k miles. Others to restore a little of her dignity and keep the drive pleasant. Also open to any other suggestions of things I should deal with and look at.
