Default Tyre Recommendations for Mazda 5

Appologise if this is covered elsewhere, but I am considering getting new tyres for my 2006 Mazda 5 sport and after all the uneven tyre wear issues was wondering which brands have given good mileage ?

My experiences so far have been

Dunlop 2050 OEM tyres 12k miles (replaced due to inner rear wear)
Continental Contact Sport 2 20k miles (Outer shoulder wear evident at 12k miles)

My gut feeling is to continue with Continentals again but have also been advised to try Kuhmo KU31 which are supposed to give reasonable performance/wear but are considerably cheaper

Any thoughts appreciated

I've recently fitted Bridgestone Potenza RE050As which so far don't seem to be showing the scuffing on the edges that the Dunlops did. We got 22000 miles out of the original tyres which still had a fair bit of tread in the centre it was just the edges going. We've done around 2000 miles on these new ones. The RE050A is a grippy tyre as well, I had them on my RX8 and really rated them.

Conti now offers the DWS which is supposed to be good for wear, and mileage. The steering response is a little slow, but ride is excellent. That's a usual trade-off w/steering response.
I hope so because I just ordered a set for my wife's Vibe. It sounds like exactly the kind of tire she will appreciate.
Either way, have a shop check and adjust the camber. If necessary, get a rear camber "kit" to alleviate the the neg camber, and be sure to rotate your tires (I personally recommend front to back ONLY) every 5k miles.
