strut replacment
just did the passenger side, jotting notes for future reference.
jack up both sides even though you're doing only one side,this makes removing the sway bar end link much easier, otherwise, its really jammed.
to drop the strut from the knuckle, take the cinch bolt , thread it back into the threaded side but block the unthreaded hole with a plate, this expands the cinch clamp and allows easy removal.
also, when hammering on the knuckle, place the 2x4 vertically instead
when putting the new strut on, make sure the strut hook line up with the cinch clamp hole, the strut can be turned to make the line up.
specs
top mount bolts = 28
cinch bolt = 50
end link nut = 40
tires = 95
