P2088 Code, where is this?
Hi, 2006 5 Touring California Model. Changed a bad upstream O2 sensor, and after clearing THAT code, I now have (per Torque) a P2088 code, rough idle and seeming incomplete combustion (from the smell of the exhaust). Reads out as "A Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low bank1 b". Anyone have a picture of the actual thing so I can find it and trace backwards to see what I either inadvertantly disconnected or possibly damaged? I'm hoping that it's a simple reconnect and go situation or even a blast of DeOxit affair, but I'd really like mto get this sorted out before I resort to burying this thing at a crossroads at midnight.
(geez, I miss my 1980 Pinto, except for that mindless clutch cable through the firewall point)

Added info and timeline -
Had transmission replaced in Feruary. An initial period of hesitant and odd shifts occurred for about 100 miles, seemed to have sorted itself out (mechanic warned me of this, saying it was the engine and tranny "relearning"). A week ago Monday, some rough idle and a P0131 code. Replaced the upstream o2 with a Bosch replacement, no change. Figured "German part vs Japanese car", replaced with exact Denso replacement. Also discovered the heater hose quick disconnects are rotten when they crumbled and spewed radiator fluid over the exhaust manifold. They're currently bypassed until I can get the remnants of the quick disconnects off and replace them with the new ones I have. Now I'm getting the P2088 code along with a P0132 and P0303. Also getting nice cold idle then hesitation and surging when accelerating and highway speed driving,Thinking it might be a wiring issue as some of the harness has lost it's attachment clips and is flopping around. Does anyone know of a set of expected voltages at the o2 sensor electrical connection to help me chase down where an electrical short might be occurring? I'm kind of thinking the o2 DID go bad (17 year old Califoprnia car with 158,000 miles on it) but might have somehow caused a short with the antifreeze bath it gave itself.
