Default Mazda5 Sparkplugs

Hello: Going to replace my sparkplugs but several are available. My engine has the internal oil cartridge (as opposed to a spin-on oil filter) but I'm not aware of any other differences between the 2009 engines. Any recommendations for the brand and specific sparkplugs? And how often should these be changed. I took the car to the dealer and they gave me a laundry list of items and the plugs were part of the overhaul list. The car has about 140K on it and still runs great (thankfully). Thank you!

If you don't buy the "kool-aid" MYTH and less, then real empirical information about spark plugs you can used based on the limited information you posted about your Mazda the least priced spark plugs and that includes old school Cooper like Champion. Depending on the true mechanical condition of the engine as well the ignition system other components like coils will determine how often at your milage and how you will be using your Mazda highway of city will be determining how often you will be changing them for best MPG and performance. Off the top of my head without more information no more than 25k miles.
