Lubricating rear sliding door?

Lubricating rear sliding door?
Noticing on our new (to us) 2013 Mazda5 that the sliding doormakes a grinding sound. I searched the owner’s manual for this but no mentionon what to use or where.
My initial idea is to just spray some white lith grease in there but though I would check to see if someone here has a more educated/sophisticatedway to lubricate the slider.
Thanks in advance!

My '10 Service Manual doesn't even say how to lube the tracks. Just describes how to take the doors off.
If its grinding, you probably already have grit in the tracks, so just putting more grease in isn't going to help. You need to get in there and clean the gunk out first. Regular GA grease should be fine I would think.
