Ignition keys turns, dash lights up, but car won’t start

After removing key from ignition, waiting 2-3 minutes and trying again, it starts.

Any ideas? Defective anti theft module?

Going to need a little more information than that?
The first thing is to verify the state of the battery condition.

By using a digital volt/ohm meter what is the current voltage?
