How many Motor mounts on a 2010 Mazda 5?

How many Motor mounts on a 2010 Mazda 5 w Auto trans?
Hi, I got an estimate to do 4? I am going to have someone else do them. Can anyone reccomend a full kit to do them all? I saw some of the side mounts come with ground port holes and others do not?
