Hi everyone!!

I am new here, and I have a question to make!
It´s like this, I have a 2001 mazda premacy (now called mazda5) and I want to had it more power!
It has a 1.8 liter petrol engine, 16v, with 115hp!!
Can I had it a turbo, or can I reprogram the ECU??
What do I have to do to increase its power??
How many HP can I get more from this engine?
