Re the tyre wear situation on uk models is itrectified?Iis it only limited to the 06 sport diesel model. Is it only right hand drive cars which are affected.
Pleaseadviseas i want to purchase the 5 asap but now seriously worried.
If it is only right hand drive vehicles affected then i will buy it left hand thats how highly a rate this vehicle. It ticks all theboxes please please advise.

 

From my understanding the tyre issue affects both LH and RH drive cars. As far as i can tell it affect models with 17" wheels.

 

I visited a showroom in london today and spoke to a salesperson who stated that all the brand new vehicles 07 models will or are not affected. He stated that the problem with the tyres has been rectified. As all problem vehicles have been recalled.
