Mazda5 minivan, 2009. All passenger windows work independently. Driver's window does not work. Unable to control other windows from driver's control. Checked fuse (well, kind-of - only fuse I could recognize for windows indicates passenger windows and it was a 20A fuse). I reset the windows using the up/down hold for sound method - no help. Any ideas? Thank you!

 

Battery off for 2 mins then on each individual switch hold down 10 seconds at bottom then hold up at top for ten. Do this on each door not on the drivers panel. It has to be on each individual door. Then drivers own door switch last
