Default alignment isue???

(yes I read the sticky) '08 Mazda 5... I go to get 2 tires for the front, (got down into the wear bars but wearing evenly), and they tell me that the right rear (passenger side rear) is wearing unevenly on the inside. I ask them to show me, (because in my book everybody wants a free buck eh?), and sure enough plain as day, wore on the inside. Just the right rear not both rears. after visual inspection after I get home, I noticed nothing bent or damaged, however, it does appear that the bushings in the upper control arm have had it. so...

question 1) should I replace the control arms with the after market adjustable type? http://www.spcalignment.com/PROD_DIR...d2=67420&cmd3=

question 2) should I replace the shocks as well since I will be under there anyway?

have 65000 miles on it, seems a bit premature for the bushings to go, but, it appears to be a common problem.
