Recently bought the car. At night I noticed the inner taillights dont work. Checked fuse box, taillight 15amp bulb was missing. Put it inside, still nothing. Both bulbs appear to be fine. Should I try changing both and see if it makes any difference?

 

Do you have 12v positive & negative at the bulb socket?

 

I checked, there wasn't 12v supplied at the connector. The reverse, signal, license plates and all other back lights work
