2010 mazda 5, entire hvac system doesn't do anything until the car has been on for a while. The time it takes to come on varies. Works just fine when it comes on. I'm at a loss for this. Like it doesn't have power to it. Then all of a sudden it does

 

Is it not coming on at all or is it on defrost at first?

 

When it doesn't work it's nothing at all. Once it comes on it works as it should.
