The glove box door cannot be closed completely, it stops about an inch short of the latch. The dampener lever was unhooked, its re-connected but that did not help. I am looking for 1) a diagram or url to the glovebox mechanism; 2) instructions how to remove the box, and/or 3) a factory service manual. I have not been able to figure out how to remove the box or even the door!
