Default 2009 mazda 5

I have a 2009 mazda 5 that started making a beeping noise when running it sounds like the beep when you lock the doors with the key fob but maybe less loud and also the headlights indicator flashes in the dash when it does that it seems to do it more when is running several times it wont go away also a clicking noise comes out the left side of the steering wheel where the immobilizer is. Any thoughts?

Always start with the easy and cheapest fixes. When if the last time you changed out the battery in the key fob? I'd do that if it's been a while. The computer checks the connection and the car will beep if it has a problem with it. (Similar to what it does when you leave the car running and take the key outside...it will beep to let you know it can't sense the key.) If that's not it, could be a grounding issue which is, probably, the most difficult issue to fix in a car...I've even seen 40+ years of master mechanics scratching their heads trying to find the grounding problem in a car. Try the battery, first, and let us know if it fixed it.
