2009 M5 Aircon problem
Morning!
I have a 2009 2.0 Petrol Mazda 5 Automatic.
The air conditioning has stopped blowing cold.
My usual garage has done some PD and come back with the following.
Found Gas in system and compressor very intermittently cuts in.
Trace fault to compressor clutch pulley seized.
Signs of rust around the clutch pulley.
Suggested repair is to replace the compressor and drive belt.
£500 is the base cost including a regas.
Wondering if an AC specialist might have some magic or does it sound about right?
Thx.
