Delete ac compressor

Ac compressor is bad and the repair shop wants $1000 to fix see if u can skip the compressor and run a belt from the crank to the alternator and what size belt to use plz help I have a 2011 cx9

You would need to remove the compressor and install an idler or tensioner. Custom work, but could be done.

Why not leave it there? If the electric clutch is OK, just let the clutch spin uselessly. Perhaps disconnect a wire from the compressor's clutch. Even if the clutch is no good and can't disengage, replacing the clutch probably costs less than the custom work described above.
