Default 2006 Mazda 5 P2107 & P0638 Codes

My 2006 Mazda 5 AT just tripped two codes: P2107 & P0638. The car is now in limp mode and no power when throttle is pressed down, it will just drive at idle speed. I know the codes refer to an Internal fault with the Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor-and Throttle Actuator Control Range/Performance on 1 ccm. I cleaned up the Throttle Body and checked harness/actuator connector for any signs of damage.. I also cleared the code and did battery disconnect. Engine light not on anymore but car still just idles in gear. When in park throttle will rev to 3K rpm without a/c on, 2K rpm when A/C is on high. Is this probably more a PCM issue or throttle body/sensor issue?
I'm hoping for someone that knows these codes and had success fixing the problem. Please help, I want to avoid going to the dealership if I can.

*Just tripped a new P0101 as I was playing with the throttle- MAF sensor

I have heard that the throttle body will affect the automatic transmission. This may be what you are dealing with.

That is MAF sensor Circuit. Check the connections and wires first before you run for a new MAF sensor.

Default Noise on Throttle Body/Actuator Control Module

I noticed the throttle actuator control module on the throttle body makes a high pitch buzzing sound when key is in the on position and a quieter buzzing noise after you turn off the engine for about 30-60 seconds. Can anyone out there confirm that their Throttle Body/Actuator Control Module does the same thing.

I think I just set the MAF sensor off when I disconnected it from the harness and took air tube off the throttle body. Since then I cleaned it and reset the code and it hasn't come back- Air Flow is in spec now

Still have not had the P2107 and P0638 codes come back since doing a full throttle body clean, all it did was allow a little more rpm's when I press the throttle and the car will drive faster through all the gears. My obdII reader does not pick up any change in the throttle-about 16% constant- If the codes don't come back, does that rule out a PCM failure, and lean more more to a faulty throttle actuator/position sensor?

I took in my Mazda 5 to the local Mazda dealer and they can't figure out anything.So now they are talking with MAZDA does anybody know what my rights are and what MAZDA does in these situations?

They can't figure it out so they need help from head office on how to proceed.
Throttle bodies are out of warranty. If you have an engine package extended warranty anything inside engine is covered, this does not include throttle body.
Catalytic converters are the only other thing actually still covered for 80,000 miles and/or 8 years i believe if that ever comes up. Everything else is out of pocket.

Two full days and they have come to decide it is in fact the PCM! Don't know why it took so long because the codes tell them to check the PCM. Can anyone out there confirm that the PCM for the Mazda 5 is on the side of the battery box? The service advisor didn't know.
