Default 2006 mazda 5 air con pump

Hi All
The aircon pump has gone on my 2006 mazda 5 2 litre petrol.

Does anybody have a part no or any info, there are quite a few on ebay
dont want to get the wrong one, plus is it the same one which is on the mx5 as there are quite a few of them aswell, any help would be appreciated. I believe this particular pump bolts to the sump...

Thanks in advance Peter

This reply won't help the op, but may help others.
A mazda 3 2.0 petrol air con pump is much cheaper. The pump is exactly the same apart from a slightly smaller diameter pulley. This isn't a problem and just means your pump works slightly better!
You need a slightly smaller stretch belt, 5 ribs and 690mm long, the one I chose was continental CD5PK690ELAST. All fitted fine and air con works great. My pump was new from China and cost £99. Yes, it's Chinese and might not last as long as a genuine part, but at £99 with a 2yr guarantee I could replace every few years and still be less than genuine part cost.
Search for 'Fine AC Compressor For Mazda 3 04-09 Sport 09 Mazda 5 06-10 2.0L 2.3L' or pump part number H12A1AH4DX. on your favourite online auction site. The manufacturers part number for this Chinese pump is GFSAZ009. The pump is indistinguishable from the genuine item and also comes pre-filled with the correct amount of oil.
