White flakes coming out of air vents? New 2013 3 GT
See pictures: White Flakes - Imgur
What you see is after about 2 weeks of not wiping the dash. Most of those flakes accumulate on the upper dash, less further down, and nothing on the seats. I've been using the heater almost everyday and it's almost always set to blow on the windows. I have not use the AC at all. I'm assuming they're coming out of the air vents.
What's happening here?

I am guessing:
1. There is a cabin air filter. If it is disintegrating it may blow flakes into the cabin.
2. On the assembly line a dirty duct has been put in.
Check the cabin air filter first. Try to vacuum out the duct work. You may need to use a small diameter plastic hose and hold it, duct tape it to the larger vacuum hose.
Take it to the dealer and ask their opinion. After all you have bumper to bumper warranty.
