whats wrong with this?

Today i went to change the spark plugs on my 05 mazda 3 and when i took the cover off there was oil on top of the spark plug, where could this be coming from?

Who changes your oil?

I found it is real easy to spill oil down in that area if your not carefull when you fill it.

Yeah but you'd think the boot would keep oil from spilling down onto the plug itself. ????
