Default Were there two versions of the 2008 Mazda3 sport GT?

Hey, everyone.

I was told that in the beginning of 2008 Mazda has two versions of the Mazda3 sport Grand Touring. One had ALL the features and the other one had only SOME of the features (more specifically: the moon roof, leather and 6 CD changer but not the heated seats, auto wipers, automatic climate control, etc)...

Apparently they stopped making BOTH the versions in mid 2008 because it was causing a lot of confusion.

Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? Were there 2 sport GT versions out there until mid 2008?

THANK YOU!

Qualified no. There was one GT trim which came with: HIDs, LED tails, leather, heated front seats, auto-wipers/headlights, bose audio. Then there was the GT with some extra packages inlcuding the moonroof/6CD, and then you could add the navigation system in. All of the GT's had those base upgraded options though.

What he's trying to say is that even though the GT comes pretty well loaded already, it did not come std w/ALL the available options. Some options, like the navi system, moon roof, etc, had to be specifically added by request.
